Meditation: I Can

Meditation: I Can

The intention for today’s meditation is to move from one side to another – to move from “I can’t” to “I can”.

So first, bring your awareness into the center of your eyebrows – your third eye. And just take some deep breaths into that third eye. This is setting us powerfully to be ready to receive – receive what’s for our highest good, receive what’s intended for us, receive what supports us. And breathe.
With each breath, just imagine that that third eye is an antenna – a receptor – and it just gets wider, more expansive, to receive more of the messages that are intended for you. And breathe and gently release.
And keep the pace of your breathing today relatively consistent. Breathing in and gently releasing out. And breathing in and gently releasing out. Breathing in… just notice the pace and rhythm of your breath.
Now, we’re going to focus on the word, “I can’t”. “I can’t”. How many times in our day do we say some form of that word?
